Founded in 1997 by John M. Cilmi, Esq. and a team of real estate and construction law professionals, Cilmi & Associates PLLC specializes in all phases of the construction and real estate bar. The firm also has an extensive practice focusing on corporate law as it relates to our client's business pursuits including entity formation, governance, transfer, acquisition, sale and dissolution.

The firm's real estate practice covers a broad range of matters relating to the project due diligence, acquisitions, sales, property management, leasing and land development related issues. Cilmi & Associates has extensive project experience including residential, commercial, hotel and mixed use developments spanning throughout the United States. Project related services include the coordination, planning and effective implementation of cooperative and condominium regimes. The firm also maintains a thriving practice representing individual clients in the purchase and sale of residential properties.

The firm’s institutional lending practice is geared to handle the high volume, fast paced environment of the commercial and residential mortgage origination business.
