Noah L. Pusey is a senior associate practicing primarily in the litigation group at Cilmi & Associates PLLC with a focus on construction law, commercial matters, real estate transactions and employment and labor law. Mr. Pusey also participates in the firm’s transactional practice with respect to all aspects of creating, purchasing and dissolving of business entities and interests, real estate project development as well as drafting trade agreements. Mr. Pusey provides the general legal counsel, advisement and guidance necessary to protect the interests of the firm’s clientele and identify and attend to legal concerns impacting overall business operation and function. Mr. Pusey has been associated with the firm since 2003 and previously worked at the firm from 1997 through 1998.

Prior to re-joining the firm in 2003, Mr. Pusey was an associate at Clausen Miller P.C. from 1998 through 2002 focusing his practice predominantly on casualty defense, premises liability, professional liability, real estate, commercial and construction litigation matters. Mr. Pusey also worked in the Litigation Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s office while attending law school.
