Noah L. Pusey serves as of counsel to Cilmi & Associates PLLC and assists the firm in matters relating to construction law, commercial maters, real estate transactions and employment and labor law. Mr. Pusey also participates in the firm’s transactional practice with respect to all aspects of creating, purchasing and dissolving of business entities and interests, real estate project development as well as drafting trade agreements. Mr. Pusey provides the general legal counsel, advisement and guidance necessary to protect the interests of the firm’s clientele and identify and attend to legal concerns impacting overall business operation and function. Mr. Pusey was previously an associate with the firm and has served as of counsel since 2011.

From 1998 through 2002, Mr. Pusey was an associate at Clausen Miller P.C. focusing his practice predominantly on casualty defense, premises liability, professional liability, real estate, commercial and construction litigation matters. Mr. Pusey also worked in the Litigation Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s office while attending law school.
